James Harper Laux, 50, of Charlotte, NC, passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 16, 2012. Preceded in death by: Father, James Harper Laux. Survivors include: Mother, Billie Laux; Sisters, Teresa & husband Kim Clark and Melissa & husband Jack Evans; Nieces, Samantha & husband Daniel Hudson, Abby Evans, and Kelsey Evans; Nephew, Chris Clark; Great Nephew, Dane Hudson; many special friends and co-workers at Belk.
