James Norman Cooper

James Norman Cooper age 79 of Maryville passed away Friday, January 1, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital. He retired from ALCOA and was a member of the 25 Year Club. Preceded in death by his parents, Norman Calvin Cooper and Ina Mae Long Cooper; wife, Pauline Ogle Cooper; son, Jon Norman Cooper. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Michael Mitchell and Martha; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Nellie Cooper; special friend, Javonna Cooper. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 4, 2016 at Grandview Cemetery for the graveside service and interment with Rev. Charles Murrell officiating.
