He was a Veteran of the United States and a member of Church Street United Methodist Church since 1971. Preceded in death by: Wife, Margaret Shupe Floyd. Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Monday, March 8, 2010 at Smith Chapel with Rev. Darryll Rasnake and Rev. Cabel Trent officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
