Hazel R. Headrick

Headrick, Hazel R. age 93 of Maryville passed away Sunday, November 19, 2006 at Life Care of Athens. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Headrick was employed at City Mill, Knox Dry Goods, Minton's Clothing, Coulters Florist, and Lambert Acres Golf Course. Preceded in death by: Husband, William "Bill" Headrick, Parents, Dan "Red" Reagan and Minnie Latham, Brothers and Sisters Mae Tipton, Hubert Reagan, Ira Reagan, James Reagan, Beulah Hatcher, Marie Williams, Lizzie Stanton. Survivors include: Sister, Jennie Gibson of Maryville. Sister -in-law, Ica Pierce and brother-in-law, Carl Headrick. Several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 21, 2006 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Greg Long officiating. Family and Friends will assemble at 2:00 pm at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment.
