Bible, Hazel J. age 83 of Maryville passed away Friday, February 23, 2007 at Fairpark Healthcare Center. She attended Oakland Baptist Church. Hazel loved to celebrate the holidays with her family and enjoyed gardening in her younger years. Preceded in death by: Husband, L.J. Bible; Daughter, Theresa Bible; Parents, James & Myrtle Raper; Sisters, Merle Dockery and Betty Smith; Brother, Fred Raper. Survivors include: Sons and Daughters-in-law, Kyle & Jan Bible and Tom & Denise Bible; Grandchildren, Tara & Justin Bible, Jared Bible & wife Shelley, and Kyla Ledford & husband Jeff; Great-Grandchildren, Carson Ledford and Parker Ledford; Friend & Special Niece, Wilma Thomas; Friend and Special Nephew, Lennie Bible; Brother and Sister-in-law, Jim & Hope Raper; Sister, Carolyn Courtney; Friend and Brother-in-law, Lon Bible, Jr.; Brother-in-law, Harley Bible; Step-mother, Geneva Queen; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Monday, February 26, 2007, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Rev. Greg Long officiating. Interment will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Grandview Cemetery.
