George D. Griffin

George D. Griffin age 78 of Maryville passed away Sunday, November 18, 2007 at Blount Memorial Transitional Care. He attended Rockford Baptist Church and was retired from 134th Air Refueling Unit. Preceded in death by: Parents, Jerry & Francis Griffin; Brothers, Robert Griffin and David Griffin; Sisters, Mary Lou Carlson and Dorothy Urbanee. Survivor include: Wife of 56 years, Trula Griffin; Son, David M. Griffin of Walland; Brothers, Paul Griffin and Marvin Griffin both of IL; Sisters, Margie Adair of MI and Ruth Stag of IL. Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Friday, November 23, 2007 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Jim McCulla officiating. Interment will follow at Clark's Grove Cemetery.
