Freda Jane Blair

Freda Jane Blair passed away at home on September 28, 2022, with her youngest daughter by her side.  She was preceded in death by: parents, Grant and Maude; husband, Walter Mack Blair; four brothers; two sisters.  Survivors include:  children, Victor Weals Jr. (Diana), Paula Weals Seman (Richard), and Kelly Blair Bosse (Tom); four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Freda loved time spent with family and friends.  She was a true comedian, people gravitated towards her! Special thanks goes out to three “Angels”, Sandra, Teresa and Sharon W.  Thank you Zach Bosse, for saving his grandmother from choking numerous times over the years!
