Fred Farner

Fred Farner of Maryville passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the family home. He was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Turtletown, TN. He retired from the City of Maryville after over 30 years of service. Preceded in death by: Parents, John & Laura Farner; Infant Son, Darryl Farner; Son-in-law, Mike Hill; Five Sisters; Four Brothers. Survivors include: Wife of 65 years, Ivadell Farner; Daughter, Sharon Hill; Son & Daughter-in-law, Rick & Kathy Farner; Grandchildren, Kevin & Kellie Hill and Katrina & Justin Davis; Nine Great-Grandchildren; One Great-Great-Grandchild; Brother & Sister-in-law, R.L. & Irene Farner; Sister, Mary Farner Hamby; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until 12:00 Noon, Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 Noon with Rev. Gary Hawley and Rev.
