Evelyn M. "Babe" Deal

Evelyn “Babe” M. Deal age 89 of Louisville, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 at the family home. She was a faithful and longtime member of Beech Grove Baptist Church and her Sunday school class. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother and will be missed by all those who knew her. Preceded in death by: Husband, Tommy Deal; Parents, Romeo George & Eva Harris Jones; Brothers, Hugh “Bud”, Dale “Boots”, and Billy “Billo” Jones; Sister, Nell Galbreath. Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Debbie & Nick Sloan of Louisville; Granddaughter, Amy Sloan of Louisville; many nieces, nephews and other family. Celebration of Babe’s Life will be at 7:00 PM, Monday, November 30, 2015 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Kenny Armstrong officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Ballard’s Chapel Church Cemetery for the interment.
