Survivors include: Daughters, Scarlett Maples and Sapphire Maples; Parents, Rachel & James Dixon & Eddie & Phillis Maples; Sisters, Anitra Maples and Mary Dixon; Grandparents, Glenn White, Sue White, Bob & Jeanette Maples; Niece, Daden Maples; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM, Friday, September 7, 2012 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 PM, Friday, September 7, 2012 at Smith Trinity Chapel.
