Edna Ruth Finger age 86 of Alcoa went to be with her Lord, Monday, March 21, 2011 at Asbury Place. Edna was a member of East Maryville Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Husband, Gerald H. Finger; Parents, Docia Brown Rogers and William H. Brown; Brothers, Paul & J.A. Brown; Sister, Margaret Brown. Survivors include: Daughter, Pat Green; Daughter & Son-in-law, Jan & Willy Oliver; Son & Daughter-in-law, Gerry & Cindy Finger; Grandchildren, Mike Green, Karole Atkins, Chad Oliver, Chance Oliver, Melissa Fulcher, Leah Lane, Joel Finger, Gary Walker II; 10 Great-Grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Ottis Ball officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Friends Cemetery in Friendsville for the interment.
