Dorothy “Judy” Oaks (Grams), age 81, of Alcoa, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2026. Born on October 19, 1944, in Maryville, Tennessee, Judy lived a life dedicated to her family and faith. She was a member of Rockford Baptist Church.

Preceded by: grandson, Spencer Lee McCollum; parents, Rev. James and Dorothy “Dot” Avis Graves; sisters, Bonnie (Gary) Marshall, and Peggy (Don) Gamble

Survivors: sons & daughter-in-law, Michael Delancey McCollum, Danny Lee McCollum; brother, Bob (Linda) Graves; lifelong friend and caregiver (daughter) Laura Garner Brown; several nieces and nephews.
