Dorothy C. Jenkins, age 86 of Maryville, passed away Saturday, December 27th at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a devoted mother and wife. Preceded in death by: Parents, Ida J. Cooper and Omir Cooper of Knoxville; Sister, Edna Adams. Dorothy was raised by her Aunt Hattie Lee and Robert E. Lee in the Oakwood Community of Knoxville, TN. Survivors include: Husband, William Lawson Jenkins; Sons, William L. Jenkins, Jr. of Knoxville and Richard A. Jenkins of Ft. Myers, FL; Daughter, Linda J. Sontag of Maryville; Sister Ruby Ward.
