Doris Jean Butner age 63 of Alcoa passed away Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She loved her pets and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Preceded in death by: Parents, Fred & Emma Palmer. Survivors include: Husband Steve Butner; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Billy & Sandra Adams, Jeff & Candice Adams, and Lee Adams; Daughter, Bridgette Butner; 15 Grandchildren; 9 Great-Grandchildren; 3 Brothers; 2 Sisters; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Monday, May 12, 2014 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Hepperly and Rev. Jeff Adams officiating.
