Donna Denise Cutshaw age 49 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by: Father, David Cutshaw; Grandparents, John & Ida Cutshaw and Charlie & Virginia Webb. Survivors include: Mother, Ethel Cutshaw; Brother & Sister-in-law, David & Kathi Cutshaw; Nieces & Nephews, Shawn & wife Jennifer Cutshaw, Rachel & husband Chris Slate, and Shane Cutshaw; Great Nieces and Nephews, Gabriel & David Slate, Makayla, Makynlee, & Luke Cutshaw; Special cousin, Roger Ballew. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Hepperly officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
