Donald Tonkin

Donald George Tonkin of Maryville, TN passed away on June 5, 2024, at the age of 83 at Brookdale Senior Living Community. Donald was born on September 21, 1940, in Englewood, New Jersey. Donald served in the Air Force from 1962 to1966 and was employed by Radio Shack for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents George and Mildred Tonkin, and his sister Beverley T. Lowe. Donald is survived by his brother-in-law Robert Lowe, nephews Scott and Matthew Lowe (and families), and his faithful friend Martin Baker and his family. A private memorial service will be held for family and friends. Instead of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: Blount County Humane Society, 1005 E.
