Don “Slab” Large, age 83, of Maryville passed away Thursday, October 24, 2019. He was born March 9, 1936. Don was a member of Broadway Baptist Church and he was retired from Alcoa Aluminum Company. Preceded in death by: parents, Frank and Ollie Large; son, Dana Large; sister, Virginia Crabtree; brothers, Bill Large, and Jack Large. Survived by: wife, Regena Large; brother, Hugh Large; sister, Mary Jo Millsaps; numerous nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 PM Sunday, October 27, 2019 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service at 3:00 PM with Rev. Tony Collins officiating.
