David M. Finger

Finger, David Maxwell (Max), age 78 of Friendsville, passed away Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at the family home. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Friendsville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Etta Finger; two brothers; three sisters; and grandson, Isaac Hipps. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Kathy Finger of Lenior City; son, Glen Finger of Maryville; daughter and son-in-law, Joan and David Hipps of Friendsville; special friend, Phyllis Ogle of Maryville; grandsons, Austin Finger of Lenior City and Chris Hipps of Friendsville; brother, Ben Finger; sister, Maude Bivens; and special friend and nephew, Gene Graves all of Friendsville. The funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday, June 22, 2007 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Dr. Mark Grubb officiating. Family and friends will assemble for the interment at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 23, 2007 at Zions Chapel Cemetery.
