David Lawrence Finchum

David Lawrence Finchum age 42 of Louisville passed away Monday, September 20, 2010 at Mercy Hospital West. He was a longtime member of the Civil Air Patrol and Emergency Management Services developing 911 software. David was an avid hunter, marksman and amateur ham radio operator. He was a loving son, brother, and a devoted father who will be deeply loved and missed by all who knew him. Survivors include: Daughter, Elizabeth Finchum; Parents, J.L. & June Finchum of Louisville; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Angie & Sam Wood and Jama & Cephus Stinnett all of Louisville; Niece and Nephews, Jennifer, Samuel, Jessee, and Josh. Great-Nephew, Mason. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Smith West Chapel with Rev. Jerry Mantooth and Rev. Bob Dalton officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 PM, Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
