David Max Everett

Everett, David Max age 42 passed away Sunday, June 10, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was the son of Max and Jean Everett. Preceded in death by his father, Max Everett; grandparents, Mose and Cora Everett and Will and Ida Potter. He is survived by his mother, Jean Everett; sister and brother-in-law, Jama and David Sherwood; nephew and fianc�, Josh Sherwood and Christine Pardee; many special aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a loving son, brother, and friend to many. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Green, Dr. Jeff Nelson, Dr. Mahdi Budayr, Dr. Spence McCachren, and Dr. Matthew McCarty, and also very special thanks to all friends, family and staff at Blount Memorial Hospital who came to offer support, prayers and all who helped care for David during his illness. Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2007 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Rex Everett officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at Law's Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment.
