Daniel Lee Rogers (Danny), Age 80, passed away March 5th, 2026 surrounded by his family. Danny was born in Maryville, Tennessee on July 19th, 1945, son of the late Robert Rogers and Helen Keller Rogers. In addition to his parents, Danny was preceded in death by his wife, Charlotte Roberts Rogers. Later in life Danny moved to Atlanta and was employed at Delta Airlines. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church in McDonough, Ga. Danny enjoyed spending time with his family and sharing his love for Fishing and The Tennessee Vols as well as His passion for collecting guns and knives. He especially enjoyed the love and presence of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include his daughters, Lori Jackson (Danny) and Kimberly Schwendinger (Jon); 7 grandchildren, Brett Belk (Stephanie), Trey Jackson (Jenny), Regan Jackson, Seth Jackson, Ashby Schwendinger (Abby), Aaron Schwendinger and Annie Schwendinger; 5 great grandchildren, Blakely Belk, Everly Belk, Finley Jackson, Jax Jackson and Banks Steele.

While his passing leaves a deep sadness in our hearts, we take comfort in God’s promise that one day we will be reunited with him again. He will be deeply missed.

A graveside service Will be held Friday, March 13th, at 1:00PM at Grandview Cemetery.
