Clemmie Myers Gregory born May 24, 1918 passed away on June 29, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was born on Eagle Creek in NC and lived in Cades Coves until the age of 11. She was a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Dan & Iva Myers; Sister, Mary Matlock, Nola Cummings; Brothers, Elmer Myers and Albert Myers; Husband of 55 years, George Houston Gregory. Survived by children, Phyllis (Bill) Clabough, Mike (Carolyn) Gregory, Sandra (Bob) Arnold, Mona (Jim) Green, Carol (Larry) Coulter; 13 Grandchildren; 22 Great-Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great-Grandchild; Sisters, Dixie (Max) Walker, Velma Jones; Brothers, Mark Myers, Luke (Sue) Myers and Bob (Sylvia) Myers; Sister-in-law, Louise Myers. Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM, Tuesday, July 1, 2008 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Adrian Jones and Rev. Danny Gregory officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment.
