Christy Stephenson Williams

Christy Stephenson Williams, age 48 of Maryville, passed away peacefully at home Sunday, November 27, 2022. Christy worked along-side her brother, Timmy at Garner’s Barber Shop, which was founded by her grandfather, James Garner. Later, she and her brother went on to run the shop together. Preceded in death by her grandparents, James and Lavan Garner; John and Georgia Stephenson; uncle, Donnie Garner. Survived by her husband of 12 years, Mark Williams; 3 dogs, Molly, Daisy, Winnie; parents, Wayne and Peggy Stephenson; brother, Timothy Stephenson (Gina); aunt, Sammie Garner; and nieces, Olivia and Lila. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Smith Trinity Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Scott Potter officiating. Family and friends will gather at 11:00 AM for Interment on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
