Charles Michael Wilson

Charles Michael (Mike) Wilson, 59 went home to be with the Father on Friday July 27th, 2007 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC. Born on April 17, 1948 in Townsend, TN; he was the son of Mary Bernice Wilson and the late Carl Randolph Wilson of Townsend, TN. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving in the Vietnam War. He was a retiree of Alcatel and was currently employed with Hospira in Clayton, NC. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years: Christine Kay Wilson; son: Carl and Amy Wilson; daughter: Nikki and Chris Roseman; two granddaughters: Devyn and Megan Roseman; his beloved pooch, Todo; two sisters: Angela and Dale Hale, Susan and Kenneth Campbell; brother: David and Angela Wilson; mother-in-law, Gladys Farler; brother and sister-in-laws: Brenda Yancey, Carmen and Neal Westerman, June Newman, and Kim and Frank Smith. He was also blessed with numerous nephews and nieces. Family will receive friends Wednesday, August 1st, at Smith Trinity Chapel at 1 p.m. with a funeral service at 2 p.m. Interment will follow the service at Bethel Cemetery in Townsend, TN.
