Charles William Ford III was born in Queens, New York on January 5, 1962 to the union of the late Charles W. Ford II and his living mother Marilyn Clowney Ford. He leaves to cherish his memory to his fiancé Wanielle Hodson, beloved friend “Chunk” Amburn, sisters; Darlene Ford, Sakinna Ford, Valerie Ford and Monique Ford; daughter, Brittany Ford-Khan and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and close friends. He was preceded in death by his son Taris Ford. He transitioned on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at the Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville, Tennessee 37804.
Chuck loved life, helping others and was full of heart. He served and loved his country wholeheartedly and was a valued member of the following: Maryville Church of Christ, BCSO (1997-2024 Lieutenant), New Jersey Air National Guard, Tennessee Air National Guard’s 134th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Air Force (Master Sgt.), McGhee Tyson Air Base and Knoxville Police Department.
The family will receive friends Monday November 18, 2024 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm at Maryville Church of Christ, Maryville TN. Burial Service will take place on Tuesday November 19, 2024 10:00am at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. In Faith and in Loving Memory.
