Brenda Jane Conner age 75 of Walland passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at home. Preceded in death by: Parents, Floyd & Marie Effler; Sisters, Carolyn & Geraldine; Brother, Andy; Nephews, Robert & Kevin. Survivors include: Sons & Daughter-in-law, Tracey & Kathy Lowe, and Mark Lowe; Grandchildren, Eric Lowe and Nicole Mendoza; Great-Grandchildren, Bryson Sanchez and Brayden Ledbetter; Brothers, Bobby Effler and Leon Effler; Sisters, Charlotte Little and Phyllis Sutton; several nieces and nephews.
