Bobby Lynn Hood, age 74, of Maryville, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2026 at home. He loved his family, gardening, photography, and animals. Preceded in death by: parents, Bonnie & Joyce Hood; brother, Billy Hood. Survivors include: wife of 14 years, Margery Hood; sons, Robert Hood and Christopher Bryson; daughters & sons-in-law, Katie & Nathaniel Armes and Angela & Joshua Standifer; grandchildren, Sarah Hood, Ben Hood, Elaina Bryson, Aria Davis, Colt Standifer, Austin Standifer, Anderson Armes, and Eli Standifer; brother & sister-in-law, Keith & Amanda Hood; sister and brother-in-law, Susan & George Ballard. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Townsend at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 9, 2026. For those wanting to send flowers, please send them directly to the church.
