Betty Ruth Boyd

Betty Ruth Large Boyd, age 93, of Maryville, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at Fairpark Health and Rehabilitation. She was a graduate of Porter High School, class of 1947. Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Franklin Boyd, Sr.; parents, Ray Large and Bess Large. She is survived by her two sons, Fred Franklin Boyd, Jr., Jeffery Lynn Boyd; grandchildren, Leigh Anne Boyd Booth, Christopher Ryan Boyd; six great grandchildren, Kelsey Thompson Boyd, Kylie Booth, Kailyn Booth, Kensington Booth, Kolton Booth, Korbin Booth. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in Smith’s Trinity Chapel with a service to follow at 7:00 PM officiated by Rev. Greg Long. Family and friends will assemble on Wednesday, May 23, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Grandview Pavilion and Legacy Trail for an interment service.
