Berna Lee True

Berna Lee True, age 84 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at her home. Berna was a member of Allegheny Missionary Baptist Church and retired from Levi’s. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Resting with her sweet husband of 65 years, Earl who preceded her in death along with; grandson, Gregory McCulloch; brother, Frank Hamby; sisters, Bernice McLemore, Susie and Willie Click; brother-in-law, Jack Tulloch. Survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Mike True, Randy and Peggy True; daughter and son-in-law, Cindy and Greg McCulloch; grandchildren, Josh and Nikki McCulloch, Michael and Kayla True, Randal True, Kelly True; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Connie Hamby, Earl and Anita Hamby; sister, Edna Franklin; sister-in-law, Betty Tulloch; several nieces and nephews; numerous friends and the Payne family. Special thanks to her caregivers, Michelle, Lisa, and David. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Smith Trinity Chapel with the Funeral Service to follow Rev. Dean Mullins officiating.
