Aletha Mae Ensminger age 98 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by: Husband, Gale Ensminger; Sons, Donald Ensminger and Richard Edward Julian. Survivors include: Grandchildren, Richard Ensminger & wife Susan and Linda E. Cooke; Great-Grandchildren, Carson Basham & husband Randy, Courtney Heath & husband Scott, Dax Cooke, Kristen Ensminger; Great-Great-Grandchildren, Macauly Basham, Kelsey Basham, Austin Basham, Brannon Brasham, Connor Heath, and Laney Heath. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, August 30, 2008 at Smith West Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Blount County Humane Society, PO Box 5446, Maryville, TN 37802. Interment will be at a later date at Harris Cemetery in Nebraska. Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, Maryville, 865-983-1000.
