Wilma Ruth Keith

Wilma “Ruth” McMillan Keith, age 73 of Maryville, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018 at the family home. Ruth deeply loved traveling and spending time with her family; especially, her grandchildren. She was retired from Alcoa Aluminum Co. after 30 plus years of dedicated service and was a member of the 25-Year Club. Ruth was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Tishie Cox; Granddaughter, Sharina Delgado-Merriman; Great Granddaughter, Nicole Snapp; Brothers, Robert, Daniel, and John Cox; Sisters, Opal Blevins, Edna Sharp, Georgia Ellison, and Maggie Lawson. Survivors include her Daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa Merriman of Sanford, NC, Lorena and Anthony Robinson of Louisville, and Rhoda and Phillip Hicks of Maryville; Nine Grandchildren; Eleven Great Grandchildren; Sister, Tishie Mae Duncan of Bellingham, WA; Special best friend, Teresa Mouser; many nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 in the Smith Trinity Chapel from 5:00pm until 7:00pm with a Celebration of Ruth’s life to be held at 7:00pm.
