Richard W. Hayes, age 74 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022 at his home. Richard was a member of Old Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He loved sports, hunting, and spending time with his family. Preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Robbie Hayes; parents, Wiley and Ruth Hayes. Survived by sons, Richard Hayes Jr., Kenny Hayes; daughter, Jackie Hayes (Stan); grandchildren, Jesse Hayes, Daytona Kosky (Adam Stair); brothers, Steve Hayes, Phillip Hayes (Donna), Randy Hayes (Dana); daughter-in-law, Stephanie Hayes; many friends and family. Family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 PM Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM with Rev. Rex Everett officiating.
