Mildred B. Cutshaw born November 9, 1930, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Asbury Place of Maryville surrounded by her family. Mildred worked for the Standard Knitting Mill for 35 years and retired from Walmart after 30 years of service. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. Mildred loved the sun, warm weather, the beach, and the Smoky Mountains. She was a stubborn, generous, strong loving woman that was loved by all and she will be sorely missed. She loved all sports especially the Braves, Cowboys, Packers, and Vols. She was witty and smart. Preceded in death by: Parents, Mabel & Joe Brewer; Brother, John Brewer; Sister, Mary Jane Cook; Sister & Brother-in-law, Edith Ann & Bill Rogers; Nephew, Marty Rogers; Beloved Son-in-law (like a son), David Brown. Survivors include: Daughters, Sandra Brown and Cindy McGill; Grandchildren, Josh Brown, Whitney Brown Cunningham, Sam Brown, and Megan McGill; Precious Great-Grandchildren, Zoey & Mason Cunningham and Breah & Wyatt Brown; Brother, David Brewer, Sr.; several nieces and nephews, extended family, special friends, and her Walmart Family; best friends, Nyoka and Melissa, and favorite boss, Boyce. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Smith West Chapel. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and inurnment at 2:30 PM, Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Chilhowee Cemetery at Boyd’s Creek.
