Madge Greene Cable, age 88, of Maryville, passed away Monday, September 29, 2014 at home. She is preceded in death by: Husband, Herbert Cable; Son, Robert "Bob" Cable; Parents, Isaac & Hassell Greene; Brother, Jack Greene; Sisters, AnnaLou O'Neal, Evelyn Maltman, Norma Greene, Ruth Hundley, Jean Sparks, and Margret Sullivan. She is survived by: Loving Son & Daughter-in-law, Jim & Barbara Cable; Daughter-in-law, Teen Cable; Grandchildren, Tammy (Mike) Wilson, Michael (Misty) Cable, Mitzi Cable (Patrick) Hubbard, Amanda Cable, Robert Cable, Chocolate Cable (her favorite) and Mere Knapp Thacker; Great-Grandchildren, Mikayla Cable, Destiny Johnson, and Madi Cable; Loving Nephew, Mark Keller, and many more nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, October 1, 2014 at Smith West Chapel with Danny Crabtree officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 1:00 PM, Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Grandview Cemetery.
