"Loretta Sutton Baxter, age 84, of Maryville, Tennessee, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday morning, May 5, 2020. Preceded in death by: Parents, Henry and Dorothy Sutton; Husband, James Webb Baxter; Sisters, Audrey Hill (Jake), Rebecca Tweed (Cauley), and Anna Barcus; Niece, Connie Stewart. Survivors include: Son, Thomas Baxter; Sister, Wanda Durant (Arthur); Nephews, Rodney Hill (Pat), Richard Durant, Andy Tweed, Henry Tweed, Paul Tweed; Nieces, Candace Peter (Gary), Lisa Blair, and Lori Servies (Tony); Special Great-Niece Emma Poole (Nick). She is also survived by many cousins and other nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the church family at First Baptist Church of Maryville, Caregivers & Friends at Asbury Place and Special Niece and Caregiver, Lori Servies. Private Interment will take place at Tennessee Veterans’ Cemetery on Lyons View Pike in Knoxville, TN."
