Lee Ralph Stamper

We regretfully announce the passing of Leland (Lee) Ralph Stamper, who passed away surrounded by his loved ones on January 23, 2022. Lee had a difficult battle with COPD and is finally at rest. He will be forever loved and remembered for his big heart and his talent with guitar and songwriting. Lee is preceded in death by his brother Mike Fitzsimmons and his mother Donna Gust Stamper. Lee is survived by his wife of 32 years, Tracy; son David Withrow; daughters Amanda Withrow and Megan (Wade) Baker. Also survived by father Birley Stamper; brothers Pat (Mark), Tim (Courtney), Andy and sisters Linda (Ernie) and TC. Lee also leaves behind four beautiful grandchildren that he adored. The family will receive friends at Smith’s Funeral Home in Maryville Tennessee on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 4 to 6 pm. A small service will be held at 6 pm at the same location.
