Johnie Pauline Hayes

Johnie Pauline Wilson Hayes age 83 of Maryville passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at Morningview Transitional Care of Maryville. Johnie was a retired school teacher of Blount County for 30 years. She was also a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church and a descendant of Levi Trentham of Elkmont. Preceded in death by husband of 50 years, Ralph Hayes; daughter, Kathy Hayes; parents, Ottis and Iva Wilson. Survivors include sons, Mark Wilson Hayes, Gregory Ralph Hayes and wife, Kymberly Ann Hayes; grandson, James (Jimmy) Webb III; great-grandaughter, Clover Ann Mirande; several cousins and nephews along with sister, Dot Colvard. Family will receive friends from 5:30 until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Allan Atchley officiating.
