Joan Horton Lowe

Joan Horton Lowe age 91 of Maryville went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was born July 29, 1928 in Ranger, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred James Lowe; daughter, Faye Lavonne Whitson. Survivors include her son, James Edward Lowe; daughter, Kimberly Ann Hance; sister, Marcena Burton; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and many loving friends. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 2:00pm Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service at 2:00pm with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating.
