George Everett Bull

George Everett Bull age 70 of Harriman passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Roane County Hospital. George was retired from the United States Post Office with over 30 years of service. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the United States Navy and was a recipient of a Purple Heart. He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. George loved to garden and especially picking pecans and walnuts. He loved spending time with his family and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He is preceded in death by: Parents, James and Margaret Bull; Brothers, Donnie Tharp, Eddie Bull; Sisters, Betty Fox, Mary Dean Bull. Survived by: Wife and best friend of 49 years, Jamie Bull; Sons and Daughters-in-law, Zack and Kim Bill of Arlington, TN, Jacob and Christina of Seymour, TN; Daughter, Bree Ann Bull and James Nance of Knoxville, TN; Grandchildren, Hunter Bull, Ben Chester, Jakaree Sykes, Ma’synie Nance, Amelia Bull, Ja’Kyron Nance, Luke Thorton, Lana Bull; Brother, Rev. Gary Bull of Franklin, NC; Special Niece, Christy Bankston; Great-nephew, Cameron Bankston of Whitwell, TN; Special Friends, Dana Rich Ringgold of GA, C.H Baldwin and Lindsey McCroy of Atlanta, GA, and Steve Deweese of Germantown, TN, Megan Smith of Knoxville, TN, Jamie Carrol of Maryville, TN, Pat Benson of Sanborn, MN.
