Franklin M. Ambrister

Franklin M. Ambrister age 83 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at home. He was a very dedicated family man, very loving and giving. Frank adores his wife and family. He was a good friend to a lot of people. He was proud to serve in the US Army and very proud to be from the Wildwood area. Frank graduated from the University of TN and enjoyed traveling. Preceded in death by: Parents, John & Flora Ambrister; Beloved Grandson, Chad Burn; Spunky Daughter, Janice Burns. Survivors include: Wife of 60 years, Johnnie Ferguson Ambrister; Daughter, Rebecca McGlothlin; Grandchildren, Brandon, Dustin, Mariah, and Nikki; 10 Great-Grandchildren; Son-in-law, Roger Burns; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at their convenience at the funeral home between 2:00 – 5:00 PM, Friday, and 8:00 am – 1:00 PM, Saturday.
