Charlotte M. Westmoreland

Charlotte Westmoreland, age 88 of Friendsville, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020 at her home after a long battle with illness. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother and friend who brought cheer to all who knew her. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church of Maryville. Charlotte loved flowers, reading, crafts, and the mountains. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Richard as well as by 3 of her sisters. She is survived by her son, Michael (Teri); daughters, Robin (Hank), Debra; beloved grandsons, Anthony and Daniel; 2 brothers, Wil and Lou; sister, Carol. She was a joy in life and will be missed.
