Beverly Ann Ballard

Beverly Ann Marshall Ballard went to be with her Lord on Thursday, November 07, 2019, passing away at home at the age of 76 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was born in Hardy, MS, on November 27, 1942 and raised in Memphis, TN. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and a dedicated preschool leader working with preschool children and training preschool leaders in five churches and in conferences across the country for over 40 years. She was preceded in death by: parents, James W. and Edna Mae Curtiss. Survivors include: husband of 58 years, Charles J. Ballard, Jr; daughter, Krista Leigh Springer (Chris); grandchildren, Kaitlin Leigh Fernandez (Marc), Wesley Vaughn Ledford; three great-grandchildren, Landon Thomas Fernandez, Ethan Charles Fernandez, and Charlie Marshall Fernandez; brother, James W. Curtiss Jr. (Susie); niece, Whitney Roberts (Brent); nephew, Will Curtiss (McColl). A special loving thanks to Blount Memorial Hospice, Traci, Beth and Lucinda for your wonderful care. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 PM, Sunday, November 10, 2019 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM with Rev. Eddie Lockamy officiating.
