Wayne Everett

Coach “Papaw” Wayne Everett age 81 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Wayne was a member of Piney Level Baptist Church. He coached football and baseball at Walland High School, Porter High School, and Heritage High School. He was a graduate of Walland High School and the University of Tennessee. Preceded in death by: Parents, Jay Bird & Mary Everett; Brother, Bob Everett. Survivors include: Wife of 63 years, Shirley Everett; Daughter & Son-in-law, Debbie & Darrell Millsapps; Sons & Daughters-in-law, Randy & Angie Everett and David & Teresa Everett; Grandchildren, Jason & Valerie Millsapps, Kristi & Russ Stone, Kacie & Jed West, Lexie & Ben Hadden, Abbie Everett, and Mitch & Madison Everett; Eight Great-Grandchildren.
