Sheilaben F. Jhala, 46, passed on December 27, 2017 in the presence of loved ones by her side, at Blount Memorial Hospital. Sheilaben was born February 22, 1971, in Oakland, CA. She attended Webb School, followed by UT and finally graduated from Milligan College and went on to become a Registered Nurse.
